For the reservations we would require valid credit card details (number & expiry date) as a deposit in order to hold your reservation. In case of not showing up on the date of reservation, we must charge your credit card one night cost of the type of accomodation booked. To avoid that, reservation must be changed or cancelled 5 days before the arrival date (7 days during holiday seasons).Once you arrived there is no possibility to change or cancel the reservation without paying the whole fee of your original reservation (excluding expansion). If the reservation process takes place within the cancellation period that automaticaly enables cancellation or any changes of the reservation without the one night charge of no show.
In case of special reservations cancellation policy is agreed individualy between the guest and the management. Cancellations are accepted by email only. Please note that a reservation is not valid until you have received a confirmation from the Red Bus. If you have any difficulties in sending this form or simply want to inquire about avaliability, please send us an e-mail to email@example.com and we will reply to you as soon as we can. Please let us know your arrival time! If you are late we will wait 2 hours from the estimated arrival time (especially late at night) and will understand that you are not coming. If your arrival time has changed please contact us!
We dont provide towels however you can hire from us.
When you provide a phone number please give us a mobile phone number we can contact you during your journey in case of any problem (for example late arrival).
